The IONL Journal Club is intended to bring a group of IONL Professionals together regularly to critically evaluate recent articles in the academic literature. Generally, the IONL Journal Club will be organized around a defined subject in nursing leadership practice. Typically, each participant can voice their view of the subject using standard quantitative and qualitative analytical tools. Most of the discussion during the Journal Club will be centered around validity and application to practice. Best practices in the defined subject area will be shared.
